Young Frankenstein

In this classic 1974 Mel Brooks film the famous Dr. Victor von Frankenstein leaves the castle he conducted his experiments to his grandson Fredrick.  Even though Fredrick never believes in his grandfathers experiments, his mind gets changed when he arrives and reads his grandfather's notes and realizes they just might work.  Then with the help of Igor's grandson, Igor, he successfully reanimates a body which escapes the castle and creates havoc.
This film is a classic for a simple reason, it's hilarious.  The cast, led by Gene Wilder, do a terrific job of bringing Mel Brooks vision to life on the screen.  If you have never treated yourself to a viewing of this film, do yourself a favor and watch it.  You won't be disappointed.
